Possessing an extensive background in political advocacy in Washington DC, Brendan Neal leads the Neal Strategies as managing director. He excels in strategic communications that deliver measurable results in driving legislative victories and policy change. Brendan Neal works to forge bipartisan relationships between lawmakers, corporate stakeholders, NGOS, and international partners. He is committed to protecting workplace equality and human rights, and supports LGBTQ candidates and LGBTQ-owned businesses.
Mr. Neal’s accomplishments have included guiding an energy coalition’s nationwide communications initiative, boosting awareness of an effort for state and federal clean energy policy, and expanding EV charging infrastructure. As TC Energy’s US public affairs director, he guided a team of contract lobbyists and public affairs professionals in ensuring that legislative priorities and company goals were aligned across 38 states.
Brendan Neal is a Springfield College graduate who worked as director of community relations with the school for several years after completing his education. Active in his community, he serves on the Equality Chamber of Commerce board for the Metro Washington DC region and Q Street Corporation as Treasurer. A Portuguese water dogs enthusiast, he also has a love for Cape Cod and fitness activities.
